project green-day.
the complete overhaul of brandy island. the island has been taken back by the earth to create renewable energy and no longer serves as a shipyard.
the proposed overhaul of brady island is now covered with as much forest land as possible while still being able to accommodate each program required by the client. the island now features three structures; a recycling plant, restaurant, and belvedere. the recycling plant will be used as a composting facility and will house the machinery needed to package composting material to sell to consumers. the middle of the island features composting rows created from wood that can be dropped off by citizens in need of a place to throw away excess yard scraps. adjacent to the composting rows is a massive solar field that will generate enough energy to power the island as well as extra to sell back to energy companies. the solar field will also accommodate a vegetable garden to be utilized by the restaurant.
